Since Sunday, March 26, Telstra customers in Bulahdelah have been experiencing outages to their landline and ADSL services due to water damage to a cable.
Telstra area general manager Mike Marom said: “Unfortunately this is a really complex repair project and it will take some time to be fully repaired.”
The Great Lakes Advocate asked Telstra when the outage and cable will be repaired, but no completion date could be given.
“We are sorry for the interruption to services. We understand the frustration this can cause and we are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible,” Mr Marom added.
