WE ARE FLYING FROM HO CHI MINH CITY TO MELBOURNE WITH JETSTAR ASIA WITH AN EIGHT-HOUR STOPOVER IN SINGAPORE AND WISH TO LOOK AROUND THE CITY. DO WE COLLECT OUR BAGS AND RECHECK THEM IN FOR THE FLIGHT HOME OR STORE AT THE AIRPORT AND COLLECT WHEN WE RETURN TO THE AIRPORT BEFORE FLIGHT TIME? BEST WAY TO SEE THE SIGHTS? B. STUBBS, HOBART
