Wishing tree makes dreams come true | Photos

It would come as no surprise to many that the combined K-Mart and Salvation Army’s annual Wishing Tree is Australia’s largest Christmas gift appeal.

Since its inception in 1987 more than eight million gifts have been collected and distributed to Australians throughout the country.

Last month the appeal was launched in Forster with local businesses and departments donating gifts.

This year you can also find us on Facebook and join the discussions about gift ideas, local Wishing Tree events and to keep up to date with how the Appeal is tracking against its gift target.

You can do this by visiting the Kmart Wishing Tree Facebook Page.
