Happy Start runs on Friday mornings from 9:30am to noon for a period of five weeks with kindergarten 2017 students.
At each session students learn about what happens at school, participate in fun learning activities, take a tour of the school and meet their teachers and Year 6, 2017 buddies.
The focus is on learning in a supported and caring environment
By the time the students start primary school they are familiar with their surroundings and school routines, and settle into school life very quickly.
There have been smiles all round as the students look forward to coming to big school next year.
