Stockland Shopping at Forster received several reports today (Friday) of a telephone scam taking place in the local area.

The scammers claim they are calling on behalf of Stockland, Forster.
Callers inform members of the community that they have won a prize from Stockland retailers or a Stockland gift card, and request bank details and payment of a small fee.
Stockland Forster Centre manager, Rachel O’Neill said: “We want to ensure all of our customers understand these calls are not associated with Stockland Forster.”
“The safety and security of our customers are of the upmost importance to us.
“We strongly advise any member of the public who receives a call claiming to be from Stockland to not provide any personal information and to please inform Scam Watch on 1300 795 995.
