HSC students will not only have exclusive use of the library for group or individual study, but they’ll also have everything they need at their fingertips including free WiFi, printing, photocopying and study snacks to ensure energy levels don’t fall during the night.
MidCoast Council’s library outreach services officer (Forster office), Meredith Campbell, is looking forward to welcoming back the regulars and encourages all HSC students to take advantage of this fabulous service.
“The students are very independent and it’s been awesome to be able to help them out during what can be a stressful time,” Meredith said.
“The feedback we’ve had so far has been fantastic.”
Local Great Lakes College senior campus student, Moesha Fuller, has enjoyed having a comfortable space to study for her HSC.
“I attended the library study nights during the trials and I’ll definitely be back to prepare for my final HSC exams,” Moesha said.
“The staff have been really helpful to all of us.”
For those wanting to take part, there are no bookings required and students are welcome to come and go as they please.
Outside of the study nights, Forster library is open from 9.30am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 9.30am to 1.30pm on Saturdays.
