Operation Toby, targeting the supply of prohibited drugs, began in March, is being undertaken by the Manning Great Lakes Local Area Command.
The 39-year-old man and the 28-year-old woman were arrested on Grandis Parade, Tuncurry at 8.30am.
They were taken to Forster Police Station where they were charged with having a commercial supply of a prohibited drug and with four counts of having an indictable supply of a prohibited drug.
Both charges relate to the distribution of methyl amphetamine with an estimated potential street value of $184,000.
Bail was refused, and they will appear in Newcastle Local Court on August 4.
Meth comes in three forms: powder (speed); a crystalline form (ice); and a paste form (base). The current preferred form in Australia is ice.
