Held over four days from April 9 to April 12, the tournament was held for players ranging in age from under nine to 18 years.
Games were played on courts at Forster Tennis Centre, Twin Towns and Sporties.
Many of the matches were described as tough and tight, but it was a successful outing for many Forster locals.
Rhiannan Mcblane from Sporties took out the under 16 girls’ doubles with Forster’s Laia Pasini runner-up.
Pasini backed up to win the over 16 singles.
Forster’s Nathan Monk took out the under 16 boys’ doubles with his partner.
The under nine boys’ division was won by eight-year-old Finn McDonagh.
Referee and court supervisors praised the competitive spirit of the players, and said they were a pleasure to deal with.
Many thanks to ANZ and Ditchfield Construction for their ongoing support of this tournament.
