The event saw 19 club cars on show, with a similar number of cars from Taree making the trip over.
Undoubtedly, the two E-Type Jags had the crowd enthralled with Ray O’Conner’s V12 shown alongside a beautiful six replica. The group of spectators were surprisingly very well informed, as they showed a maturity of knowledge about various motoring matter. Tales of old family and neighbours owning similar vehicles in days gone by kept the interest in the cars alive in the best possible way.
Military vehicles, sports cars, sedans both old and even older, trucks and a group of bikers ensured motoring interest for the onlookers. The stationary engines were there in the usual compound wheezing and clattering away at their ancient best.
The vehicles from Taree Motor Club arrived a bit later in the day due to wet weather in Taree. This did not detract from the day, and a great day was had by all.
