FOLLOWING the 2014 NSW City verse Country Series held at Cabramatta Bowling Club last month, the NSW state junior selectors have chosen 16-year-old Tuncurry bowler Ryan McGuire to participate in the 2015 NSW Junior State Squad.

The NSW Junior State Squad consists of 14 boys and 14 girls who will attend a specialised training camp at Taren Point in early January followed by regional training days throughout the year. It will be the second time Ryan has been involved in the squad.
Ryan, together with several of the district juniors and emerging players also had the opportunity to take part in a youth development camp hosted by Australian representatives Sharyn Renshaw and Rex Johnston at Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club recently.
