Teams from Sydney right up to the Queensland border as well as 11 community group teams will compete in the event held on Saturday November 22 between midday and 4pm and Sunday November 23 between 8am 4pm.
Paddlers will take part in sprint events of several hundred metres. Distance races will be held on Saturday afternoon with the main race day held on Sunday.
Anyone interested in having a go at dragon boats are welcome to attend a come and try day hosted by the Great Lakes Pearl Dragons on Saturday November 29. Paddlers must be 12 years of age or older.
