Located in Margaret River at the Rivermouth car park in the morning, overlooking the waves and surfers, the concept suddenly feels revolutionary.
“This is my office,” said Combi Coffee creator Freddy Reidy.
The first Combi Coffee van opened on April 1 this year with Mr Reidy and partner Zoe Herger-Smith having big plans to put a second on the road to Dunsborough in November.
“It’s totally community, it’s a big ethos of ours,” Mr Reidy said.
“Coffee is 50% of it, the rest is the experience.
“We‘re the essence of the South West.”
With the second Combi Coffee van rolling into action on November 1 at the Dunsborough skate park and the popularity of the business on the rise, the pair said they would never reach the point of mass production.
“People forget about lifestyle, you need to follow that dream,” Ms Herger-Smith said.
The second Combi will be manned by inner circle coffee friend Anthony Ant Sutton.
Mr Reidy, Ms Herger-Smith and their faithful companion Romeo can be found at a similar time during the week still at the Rivermouth, living the dream.
