President of the Forster Tuncurry Chamber, Gary Gersbach says small business is the life blood of any community.
“In addition to playing a huge role in providing jobs and driving growth in the region, our local small businesses contribute to the vibrancy and resilience of our community and give our town the distinctive character that makes it so unique.”
The chamber is encouraging everyone to buy goods and services locally wherever possible to help support the more than 400 small businesses in Forster Tuncurry that contribute so much to our community.
“It's not just one local business that benefits when you spend in Forster Tuncurry, but also the local suppliers of that business which, in turn, creates more jobs for the community.
“By looking local first, each and every one of us can help support Forster Tuncurry’s small business community and ensure our town continues to thrive now and into the future,” said Mr Gersbach.
