The only information documented with the image is the surname ‘Belton’ handwritten on the reverse of the photo.
If you recognise any of the faces or can help date the photograph, museum volunteers would love to hear from you.
Visit them online at: www.clickhistorygreatlakes.wordpress.com or contact the Great Lakes Museum on 6554 6275 (from Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 2pm).
The clickHistory Great Lakes projet is a collaboration between the Great Lakes Library and Great Lakes Museum to digitise part of the museum’s extensive collection of local history images and make them permanently available via a searchable online database.
The database is due to be launched early next month and project volunteers are appealing to the community to assist by contributing valuable local knowledge to help fill in the blanks with partially documented records.
