Master of ceremonies and club president Paul Tycehurst began by introducing the group of tireless working volunteers whom the club just could not function without.
He also paid special homage to Nellie Basham who has retired after two decades of working for the club. Retiring club stalwart and 232 first grade games legend Dean Basham was then presented with a highlights DVD package from the club.
The team awards then followed with the following recipients taking out awards.
First grade:
Highest point scorer: Troy Hilder; Blood and Guts: Matt Kirkland; Coach and Managers: Troy Hilder; Most Improved: Dan Lawton; Best and Fairest: Dean Basham; and Players Player: Luke Ross.
Reserve grade:
Highest point scorer: Jake Bolt; Most Improved: Ricardo Gomes Da Silva; Coach and Managers: Michael Buchannan; Best and Fairest: Gary Bishop; and Players Player: Jake Russell.
Under 18s:
Highest point scorer: Jackson Pearce; Iron Man: Liam Simon; Sportsmanship: Tim Thomas; Most Improved: Ryan Reece; Coach and Managers: Zac Duggan; Best and Fairest: Harry Nowland; and Players Player: Joseph Peters.
Ladies League Tag:
Highest point scorer: Melissa Finlayson; Most Improved: Ashlee Germyn; Coach and Managers: Lyn and Talisa Eason; Best and Fairest: Melissa Finlayson; and Players Player: Melissa Finlayson.
Major Club Awards:
Senior Club Person of the year: Lesley Fletcher; Junior Club Person of the year: Riley Jennings; and Club Player of the year: Jake Russell.
