GREAT Lakes photographers Shane Chalker and Melinda Nunn have scored eight new international awards between them.
Shane and Mel, both from Shane Chalker Photography, won four bronze awards each in the Creative Asia Awards, which attracted entries from some of the best photographers worldwide.
Shane’s bronze awards were in three categories – weddings, portraits and landscape – while Mel won three of her bronze awards in portraits and one in weddings.
Shane is delighted with his results and very proud of Mel’s achievement in what was her first international photographic competition.
Mel has worked closely with Shane for the past 18 months to fine-tune her skills and learn new techniques.
