AS a proud ex-serviceman, Graeme Kernick could only shake his head when he saw the graffiti on the Forster war memorial this morning.
“It happened at this time last year too,” he said.
Mr Kernick is also the secretary of the Forster Tuncurry RSL Sub-branch. He was thankful that trusty graffiti buster Ted Bickford was down there cleaning it off.
“I just don’t understand it at all. What sort of family life must they have to do that. We have a good education system in Forster Tuncurry so it has to be a weakness in their family life,” he concluded.
