SPORTS STARS: Mauro and Sabina Ragno, father and son soccer stalwarts won the Great Lakes sportsperson and junior sportsperson of the year.
SPORTS STARS: Talented athlete Nathan Brown was the 1987 Great Lakes sportsperson of the year. He is pictured at an awards presentation at the Forster-Tuncurry Memorial Services Club. Nathan won four golds in 1987 for Little Athletics Country and State Championships and placed fifth in the Australian Cross Country Championships.
